COVID-19 Response

Road 13 Vineyards Takes Precautions on Coronavirus (COVID-19)

A message from Joseph Luckhurst, General Manager.

I wanted to personally reach out to you with an update on the proactive steps we at Road 13 Vineyards are taking to support the health and well-being of our guests, family, friends and neighbours.

At Road 13 we are temporarily suspending tastings in our lounge and castle, and winery tours. This is a difficult decision for us; however, we feel it is important to follow the guidance of our health services professionals to slow the spread of the virus by breaking any potential chains of transmission. In doing so, we are doing our part in working towards a positive outcome to this situation.

We understand that you, our Club 13 Members and Guests, may still wish to purchase our wines at this time. Our commitment is to accommodate your requests with minimal interruption. Our winery team is available to provide wine suggestions, answer your questions, and to help place your wine orders. Please contact Lindsey directly at lwhite@road13vineyards.com or 250-485-6181.

For delivery options, it would be our pleasure to arrange for your shipment to be picked-up at the winery and loaded into your vehicle by our staff; or we can arrange complimentary shipping by courier directly to your home or a location of your preference. Our goal is to make this process as seamless as possible and to ensure that we deliver the same level of Road 13 service you have come to expect.

If you have booked a visit in the weeks ahead, please contact Carly at ccraik@road13vineyards.com or 250-485-6180, to reschedule your visit.

We will continue to offer updates on our website, www.road13vineyards.com, and our social media channels. Once these temporary restrictions are lifted, we look forward to welcoming you at our winery once again.

On behalf of the entire Road 13 crew, we thank you for your trust and continued loyalty.

Sincerely,

Joseph Luckhurst
