• The grapes for this Signature Wine were harvested exclusively from the famed Golden Mile. These 43 year old vines never disappoint in delivering benchmark fruit.
• The cellar practices used were absolutely respectful of the fruit, gentle pressing, neutral yeasts, cold fermentations in stainless steel tanks and no lees contact post- fermentation.
• The resulting wine offers a seductive mouth feel with refreshing acidity that helps deliver a long, lingering dry finish.
